well seeing this is a message board I would suspect you wanted to ask a question. What
I was trying to get across was that a lot of people that post answers here are highly knowledgeable and don't have a piece of paper to back it up.
it's the same where I work they expect that if you have a degree you are better than someone with years of experience. Sorry I didn't mean to get carried away.
