When I go to start and click on Help and Support nothing happens, also when I click on search nothing happens. I have a three-inch side panel along side of my desktop that is white and has Folder Tasks, Other Places and Details on the top.I want the full desktop. My icons in the Quick launch Toolbar change on me. Thanks for any help.
