I searched high and low to find one to no avail, but there was a header which sat in a PCI slot's retention bracket (for lack of better word) offering PS/2 ports which pluged directly into the mobo (kind of like extra USB ports on the back of a PC). I'm pretty sure they were a standard piece, that is most amnufacturers used the same design and part.
