According to the wizard that runs when you install XP, it's 5.0 that has the compat issues, and the upgrade to 5.5 (which was free) is supposed to resolve these. I've had no problems with it so far under XP, burned several ISOs and audio CDs. I don't master my own data CDs though, so I can't give any firsthand testimony on that one.

XP did make me completely uninstall Nero 5.0 and InCD before continuing the installation though. I had to completely reinstall Nero (didn't bother with InCD since the packet writing is supposed to be built in now) then download and install the 5.5 upgrade.
