hmm, even RadioShack.com and Crutchfield aren't showing them anymore.
It's possible the units finally went out of production. I know a number of educational titles came out on laserdisc "back in the day", but I suppose even that market has dried up now because you can now do the same things with DVDs and/or computer software packages.
Your best bet might be to put out a few "grapevine threads" with your family members and coworkers, maybe somewhere down the chain you could find somebody who has one and doesn't use it anymore.
