Good idea. I tried my lines out by running a CAT5
cable to my phone box and testing it, but didn't help. Funny thing is my ISP owner lives down the street and he can only get the same, of course he can do his DLs from work! It's the phone lines under the street. A phone guy told me they're something like type zero. They have some Fiber in, but nothing tied into yet. Probably get it tied in the same day as the cable company offers broadband.
