the board with the CMOS jumper shorted to ground you probably fried it.

If you are lucky, you didn't damage it permanently, you can try setting it back to the standard setting. Use this procedure:

-unplug the power
-disconnect all drives
-remove the battery
-leave the jumper on Clear CMOS
-Push the power button to clear out every residual charge
-Put the battery back in
-set the CMOS jumper to normal
-connect the power
-start up WITHOUT drives connected and see whether you get the video BIOS initialization.

Again, in the configuration you are running, you are trying drive a car forward out of a garage when the door is behind you, it cannot work and all you accomplish is damage of the hardware.
