The average person cannot even carry a rifle in Afghanistan, most of the country is 15,000- 21,000 feet above sea level and just carrying a soda can is probably kill the average Paper tiger. 10-20% humidity at about 110-130 degrees during day time, no water supplies anywhere meaning you have to carry 4 gallons of water per day with you just to stay alive ...
And these jokers talk about carrying a rifle and holding it steady. They probably blow a hole in the next building even if the target is standing still.
