It could be a number of things. Most suspect is cpu, so check and and see if it's seated properly. Next un-plug your power supply (or switch it off by the PS button in the back, press the power switch for a sec or two, re-plug and re-start to see if it was a BIOS problem. If that doesn't work, take your your CPU and RAM, to a computer store and have it checked. I got the same problem and it turned out that it was the CPU that was fried.
