Anyone know what MCF42.dll does?....

It seems fairly major 'cause half my proggies wont fire up 'cause of an error as another dll wont fire due to inability to access ports on this MCF42.dll.

Tried scanning my 98 cab files using M$'s extract command but not found.

It failed after I uninstalled and reinstalled my IEEE Vid camera software - MotoDVD but tried running through that procedure again and that didnt fix it.

Any ideas - dont wont to do a Win98 Reinstall and still have the problem - if its not in the cab files - I presume its not a 98SE issue? Besides I ininstalled 98SE without the undo otpion (silly me)
