Well it seems to be chugging a bit.
I find that periodically it gets pretty bad then speeds up again when the techsup sort it out.
eg just takes ages to load some pages which are usually fast and numerous regions of the world go offline for hours on end.
I can sometimes correlate it to a virus outbreak.
I know that ntl have been struggling to improve upstream reliability, but this is downstream and in any case I have tested mine at DSLreports and its up to spec.
