I am a network noobie, but I can tell you that the standard modem they use has an ethernet port and cable included, which is what youd need for networking.

The modem is the Motorola SB4100

I have a single comp via USB but the blurb said something about needing to use ethernet to link with a network hub and so I guess you can do that stuff.

Where are you ? I am in UK E Midlands. I found that ntl did respond up to a point, but the company is a bit of a behemoth, so I really had to sink my teeth into them a couple of times to make sure they played fair, especially with the way they use new services to bring in new custom but often this means they dont have the resources to offer the same services to the existing customers.

I think they are a big company and ironically they sometimes have trouble with communication & responsiveness.
