1. All of the suddent iexplore displayes 'extra text' in the blue bar on top (next to Microsoft Internet Explorer) and I wanna get rid of it.

B. Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> Setup sais Failed to load the Internet Explorer wizard helper component... how can I re-install iexplore??
