There is no real difference between the SBLive's other then the Value card one which I believe is a diffent chipset and/or does not have digital capabilities. Other then that you are paying for the accesorries which come with the various packages. {ie you like games then Xgamer, you like sounds then MP3 package, Platinum comes with it's add on Live Drive)As far as 5.1's sound goes it is pretty much the same wine which has been rebottled.

Oh and Yes it has anologue ablities as well
