At 800mhz you will be riding the fence on other components blowing out. But the chip should be able to handle it fine, with adequate cooling.
I don't know about the Radeons, but most newer cards can handle the 83mhz AGP bus. Your hard drive might not be so happy though. If the board has a 1/4 PCI bus divider, use it and the other periphs will be fine. I think my BE6 had that setting, it was just the AGP that couldn't be changed.
You really need to invest in a PC133 board, so you can get the 1/2 AGP divider setting.
