Cable man is on the way over next week.Wife and I have two comps.Cable man/woman will hook up one comp with modem supplied.I will have installed the LAN cards on both machines.While he/she is here,I will throw the second comp in the closet.After installation,I want to hook second comp up to same connection using same modem is this possible? or will I be up for cable fraud? If so I will take the risk anyway and just say I dident know.What is the best way to hook two comps on one connection using one modem? Switch? Router? If so what are some decent makes?
