Don't WD-40 it. Contrary to what it says, WD-40 is not a lubricant. If you turn the fan over so you can access the back you should see a sticker. If you take that off, you can see the fan's post. Put a drop or two of some sort of lubricating oil on there. Then cover it back up. That should fix the noise.


Or just get a new fan.
