Right-click on My Computer, select "Properties".

Go to the "Performance" tag and click on the "Virtual Memory" button.

Click the radio button for "Let me specify my own virtual memory settings" and then choose which hard disk, and set your sizes. Note, setting the same min & max size greatly reduces disk fragmentation.
