PC133 is just a higher quality grade than PC100. There are cases where I wouldn't recommend going with PC133 CAS-2 memory, e.g. if you put it into an old 50 or 66 MHz board because the output hold time is too short for the long cycles.
Otherwise, the chips come from the same wafer and are only better quality, that's all.
