LOL...I know it's confusing and that's why it's hard to help people sometimes unless you are physically there. The 16M is for ISA devices that sometimes need to be enabled and is in your BIOS under the PCI config I believe....the IRQ's can be set manually or auto through your BIOS and/or the Control Panel. |
