Thanks for the info people. I am not an AMD type, stick with the Intels personally, but I was trying to rescue a friend who was running a K-6-2 400MHZ in a mini tower without the power supply fan operational. Seems the case got too hot to touch. Got him into a mid tower and new PS, temp running at 59C in sitting mode, in the 60-62C range when operating. It is yet to be seen whether he messed up his MB and processor, but I have been running straight for about 10 hours without any apparent problems. Thanks again.
