I was testing it with a Celey 533 clocked to 600 (75FSB), single Delta, about 50 to 52*C, twin Delta's, 44 to 46*C. Not bad for just some fannage. It was running in the low 60's with a decent heatsink and low CFM 60mm to begin with.

Total droppage in temps from the start was about 14 t0 16*C. Quite a difference.

Admittedly the older PPGA Celeys run hot, but so do the current issues, so it you can put up with the noise, it works.

Took about ten minutes total to do the mod, that includes takingit out of the box and reinstalling.

With a larger, more efficient heatsink it should grab a few more degrees towards cooler.
