when you boot, hold down the F8 key to get into safe mode and delete the IDE drivers and video adapter as well as any duplicate devices. Get the VIA drivers, put them on a floppy or anything else you can access with the new box and load them onto the HDD. Boot normally into Windows, you should be able to get there and install the VIA drivers in SVGA mode.
Looks like the main problem is that your GART drivers are not there but if you are in SVGA mode, that doesn't matter. Just make sure that you install the chipset drivers before you load any others.
