Go to C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Identities\{C57C097F-8D8F-4A2C-A8E8-97354C7461F5}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
here are your folders from outlook express stored, eg inbox.dbx is all the emails in inbox
Copy the whole folder and if you need to use it just rewrite the current ones (might pay to also back-up the current ones in that case)
option 2
you can just go into outlook express, select the emails, and drag and drop into a folder on the desktop etc..
