oh ok well yeah i have been having problems...for awhile...it first was hapennign with my Soundblaster when it would start the remote center for the platinum 5.1..i was getting vxd errors and millions of blue screens..i uninstalled it and it was working fine..then i installed compuserve 2000 6.0...which kept getting blue screens half way through almost everytime..i updated the vxds when i first intalled windows...i had to delete all traces fo cs and finally i was able to get it in...i just installed a tv card, zip drive and a agp vid card..a tnt2 16mb for temp use..i got it in and then i was getting windows protection errors...i posted..did what the guy said which was to retore defaults in the bios of my abit bh6 and got the i/o ports thign which i had gotten before...last time i was told to just disable the com ports so i did and the error went away..i have no idea how to set irqs..i have the tv card in pci one...my sb platinum in pci 2...and a creative dxr3 card for my dvd in pci 3...my dvd player was working flawlessly up until recently when i installed compuserve..now notihgn works and im sad...haha well if you need more info let me know...god please save my computer..
