The RAID speed of 2 5400 drives versus a single 7200 drive is no contest, your RAID config, as long as they are, as stated above, at least 66's, will kick the 7200 right out of the park. (well..it'll be about 1.5-2 times faster, which I'd count as out of the park!) |
