Re: did the safe mode...still problem in device manager...

i went into safe mode and found the other video and deleted it...when i returned back to normal mode...it still didn't work...the error message is :Unable to start tv, The TV player failed to initialize the video. Ensure the correct video drivers have been installed and close any aplications which may be playing video such as DVD or Web TV before attempting to restart TV.

I checked to see if any other prog was using this an no. Then i went into device manager and under teh Sound,Video, and game controllers section, i found 6 items in conflict mode with the ! mark...I clicked on ATI WDM TV Tuner and it said the device statur that the NEKERN.VXD device loader for this device could not load the device driver. (Code 2) when i tried to update the driver it didn't work...I'm hopeing someone could help me again..thanx
