The beta version of BIOS has microcodes for the newest P3s. There is also a report in Japan for successfully using P3 1Ghz on a P2B-F with overclocking AGP bus. Certainly you can use P3 850MHz without overclocking any parts in your computer. Don't forget to update the BIOS before you swap the CPU.
