Nero's " minimum reqirements " would tell you this. Do you get " this program can not be run in Dos Mode " messages?
You will most likely have to dig up an old burning program suited to 3.1 .
Adaptec or Roxio from then, as reffered to on the linked page.- http://www.cdrfaq.org/faq06.html - or what ever is still available.
Or do you mean the disks that won't read were burnt with Nero6?
Are they disks formatted to the NTFS file system? or something not of the file formats 3.1 can read. 3.1 isn't much more than a file browser and Dos Mode.
You don't get a true windows sytem until Win95
Either way you appear to be trying to combine incompatible formats.
