Since my CD did a full load to the 80GB, I figure it is good. The 80 Gb would not launch windows. Either write "0" to first part of my 320 GB Seagate somehow, or pickup another HD sometime. Just got to figure out 'Seagate Utilty program' if it can fix the drive. Thanks for all the help guys, down to fix it or buy a new one.
