while the CPU will do up to 4.1gig, and seemingly runs nicely @4gig, it is not what one would call 'stable' at the voltages I am willing to push through the unit....

3.8gig @1.4v or so, though, is really comfortable, and I have settled on 2600 on the NB for now, again, wanting to keep the volts down, plus, even though the CPU is much more clockable on the NB than the 940 it replaced, and really spits good benches, 2600 is a nice friendly compromise (again, the volts needed to run the NB @2800 or 3000 where insane in my mind) until I can afford to swap completely to the AM3....

still an interesting experience, ended up 200MHZ more clock, higher NB and the HT @2000 from 1800, which doesn't make any difference at all in any bench or personal experience, maybe for gamers and SLI??? Whatever....

it was fun playing for a day or three....

laterzzzzzzzzzzz...............
