I have the same notice on mine. I let it install, it says it installed correctly, restart, and it still says it needs installed.

Same thing happened with the last SQL update. My son (who knows LOTS more than me) says he used to have something installed that uses it, but it's gone, maybe not uninstalled completely.

For last update AND this one I run WinUpdate, go into CUSTOM, uncheck and expand it, and select DO NOT NOTIFY ME.
