Anyway, I have been running the i7 on a 600 ADJ without problem and that sucker is about 4 years old and I had to jury-rig the PCIe connectors to get the ATI cards going and then another adapter for the 4870 X2 ... and all of that without hiccup.
I'd say, check the specials on Newegg, I have an Evostream 780 running here which I take any time of the day over the PCPC 1200 Turbocool, just because of the spaghetti of wires that are hanging like hemorrhoids into my other case..
So, just as I said, there are always specials, either brand uis good, as are the CoolerMaster True Power (but they are not modular either).
