OK I have a problem with my PC, any games I try to play the stutter like 1 stutter every 2-3 seconds... and I tried running SuperPI and with my System @ stock I got 37s on 1M, and thats very bad, so any ideeas?

OK , I have thr latest drivers for the Video, audio card and all the updates for windows Vista form microsoft
I have enabled AHCI in BIOS for my HDD.
