Rosewill is something of a Newegg house brand and the main problem with it is you never know who made product 'X' this week.
Personally, if you want to go the USB adapter route, I would stick with Belkin provided they still offer a lifetime warranty. There are a million little ways for those things to go bad (most centered around the fact that they're removeable), and in my limited experience Belkin will be good about honoring the lifetime warranty if something goes bad.
