performance in most benchmarks I have looked at. Sure, it makes the system feel a bit snappier because certain applications load faster but if you are running some memory-intensive workloads, you get performance degradation to as much as 30% of what you get with RB disabled. That is 70% performance loss in memory-intensive applications... thanks but no thanks.

Admittedly, different systems are taxed in a different way by RB, in general, Intel-based systems appear to tolerate it much better than AMD's platforms but ... never mind..
