There have been a bunch of devices in the past, starting with the Atari Mindlink that was ahead of its time to some new things that are using eye-trackers with infrared cameras that measure the reflection of the cornea as positional signal or else use the pupil movements - which is currently being done at the University of Lund in Sweden.
I have never been much of a gamer .. the one game where I got a bit the hang of was the original "Unreal" that was bundled with the Diamond Monster Fusion and that one also killed my enthusiasm because at Level 11 it kindly asked to purchase the full version in order to continue.
I played FarCry .. kind of lame and started F.E.A.R.. and BioShock (that one was pretty good but I just didn't have the time to wade through one level after the other). So what is left are the tourney-style FPS games where you get in and start fragging .. and that's where the fun is
