That's why it is not working, Charter does not relay to Yahoo for incoming email. In other words, you can use the Charter email server for outgoing mail because that is the direct relay point you hit from your computer, but charter will not get Yahoo incoming mail unless you set up your Yahoo account so that it automatically forwards all email to a charter email account for her, which is the one you can then access. |
