Hi guys, my computer is a few years old now (some parts newer then others) I was working on it and it randomly just shut itself off and will not turn back on. No power flicker or outage caused it either. The PSU was making a soft ticking noise, first thing I assumed was that it had blown, so I went out and got another, and it does the same thing. I have pulled everything from the case except the cpu, ram and video card, and I reseated them as well.

Specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+
Gigabyte K8NSC-939
2x 512 MB DDR ram
Radeon x1650
Antec Earthwatts 500watt PSU (the new one I just bought)

Any ideas to figure out what's going wrong? I don't want to just start throwing parts at it hoping it'll work.
