Uhm, are you certain that your card supports video capture? AFAIK very few of the ATi cards offer that feature if they aren't the "All-in-Wonder" series.

S-Video ports exist on lots of graphics cards, but most of them are one-way only and are provided so that you can easily connect the computer to an analog television.
