Went and picked up a few WD 400 gig SATA HD with 16MB cache for $89US ...great price but once I open the Retail Box, Lo and Behold there was a coupon to send in $14.95 in order for the HD to extend it's warranty to 3 years....Thought all this change with the Seagate episode.
