seems to be the original designer of that board ... I mean it is hard to say for sure but if anything, it looks like one of the older Shuttle boards that is - coincidentally - manufactured by ECS.

Not a bad choice, these boards were pretty good and I know that they had a bunch of warehouses full with them when they decided to leave the field.
