Write down the chronological listing of memory chips including their types (e.g. SDRAM), characteristics (e.g. synchronizes with the microprocessor clock), access speed (in ns), word length (data bus length in terms pf number of bits), maximum capacity on one chip (in MB), mechanical installation structure (e.g. SIMMs), number of pins on the chip, the features (RAM, ROM), the make (producer company) etc. Include pictures of the chips in your document.
