I plugged my hard drive back into my system after formatting and reinstalling windows on another drive.

So I have Windows on my 60GB IDE hard drive and I put my 320GB SATA hard drive into my system and it has 150GB of data on it and I can't see it. I've tried changing everything I can in the BIOS and nothing seems to work.

I don't see it in My Computer but I see it in disk management and it says that the disk is unreadable. Anything I plug into the SATA ports don't come up in My Computer. i.e. the IDE to SATA converter on my DVD ROM.
