Your just spoiled into expecting a 2 to 3 times improvement like CPU performance every 3 to 5 years. Big changes are coming just not in 2 years or less. Quantum mechanics, nano tubes, 3D & light may all play a part in future improvements. We are hitting a boundry limit again (we have been here before in the past)& mans creativity should get us past it again.
