Yep...and always helping people! I remember years ago..FIC had sent me a beta bios to test and it was truly beta "LOL". MS and bh were chating late here one nite and I explained what the system was doing "not saying one word about a beta bios".
MS chimed in "sounds like a bios bug"... I passed it on to Mr. Lee and later that week the warm boot bug of the PA2007 was fixed.
Another time on the 503+ mobo..we were really pushing the limits and I explained to MS the problem...He didn't say "try this or that" he just gave me the email of a engineer at FIC..turned out to be resistors...that was back when FIC "should" have been shipping resistor packs with their mobos. 
Yup He's one in a million!!
