it'll be a few more days .. apparently it is a known issue with the software but they charge an arm and a leg for the upgrade with the patch.. makes me wonder whether they created the garbage themselves.

We are looking at different forums now - this is extortion - but I'll have to leave town again tomorrow so probably nothing will happen until the weekend..
