I knew I heard of it I did look it up check out the link below & have your own look & read. You did get it right only the V20 was abit better then a straight 8088 @ 8 MHz. Why are you interested in such an old piece of junk always ?.
I have my old 286 @ 16/20 MHz thou its by far not one of my first computers. Anything under a 80486 is a waste of time because of programming differences because of the different hardware arrangements. If you are like trying to control something then a modern Micro Controller might be a better fit.
