as long as they are the same bios chip, then you cvan use the other motherboard to flash, it will warn you, you force the flash, afterwards you chut down the host computer, remove the bios chips, put in the one you took out, then go to the machine that needed the reflashed bios chip.....

they have to be the SAME chip, no guessing here....

but you can do it with a DIFFERENT motherboard.
