Virus problem!

Kaspersky anti-virus gives me a warning that sounds like this:

Attention! Your computer has been attaked fron the internet.
Network attack Intrusion.Win.MSSQL.worm.Helkern from adress 221.231.129.231 has been successfuly repelled.(and its not the only IP, other times the same warning but other IP's).

And its not the only one. In a day I get at least 20 network attack's and I dont know what to do.
I dont have viruses and spyware on my system but I steel recive this warning.

How could I solve this problem because its anoyng me!
